So sorry to hear about your package going missing. Please check with your neighbors and family members if they received the package by mistake.
We will file a claim so UPS can investigate. Please allow us to file the claim for you after 24hrs if you still have not recovered the lost package, if you file the claim we will not be able to intervene or help until after the claim is closed. UPS is usually very good at tracing and recovering lost/missing packages. Please rest assured either UPS redelivers your package or we will send you out a new order.
